Returns

You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Thinking Books Ltd within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Opened, faulty DVDs may only be exchanged for the same title. All other products must be in new condition. Please note that it takes us up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Distribution Centre.
