The experience of changing schools - either from primary to secondary or as a result of relocation - can trigger anxiety and stress for many pupils. This set of cards provides an opportunity to identify, examine and tackle specific areas of concern to ensure that the experience can become as worry-free as possible. Each card outlines a cause for concern, for example:
